The standard of cleanliness was excellent throughout the resort. The food was super as were the quality of the drinks being served. The barman at the pool bar was polite and amusing although I did feel a bit sorry for him as he was rushed off his feet I think that the poolside music during the day could have been a little bit more upbeat also as it certainly made you feel like you wanted to sleep and the evening entertainment was much the same.

I know that it is considered the winter season but I believe that tourists still look for enjoyment outside of swimming and sun-bathing all year round.

COVID retreat. Spent 10 nights at the Concorde in October, to catch some late summer sun, and as Turkey was a green zone from where I was traveling to, had no isolation concerns on return.

The hotel staff were all wearing face masks and shields so hats off to them, especially in that temperature. Temperature is checked on entering the hotel if you leave, and when entering the restaurants, plus face masks provided to those who did not take their own.

You were asked to wear a mask on entering but it was clear to some, they were too important to wear one. Sorry to say, but they were Russians, with a minority who would rather wear on their arm than face, or even better, protect their neck!

It was not much to ask, especially with the staff setting an example, to wear a mask when choosing food. Management should empower staff to refuse service to those who do not comply.

One downside to the COVID regs were not helping yourself to food but having to ask staff at the food stations.

But whilst waiting your turn, the important people liked to push in as queuing is not a word in their language.

Also the choice was not as large as I have previously seen at other 5 star turkey hotels nearby, so felt too repetitive over the 10 days.

The hotel was fairly quiet the first few days so no problems in getting a sun lounger at anytime, and there was usually no queue at the bars near the pool.

I understand plastic glasses around the pool during the day, but at night in the entertainment area, a glass would have been better, as the small plastic beakers did no justice to their vast array of cocktails, so food for thought.

If you want branded drinks there are a few included, but you need to ask, as they are kept out of sight.

Smirnoff and Jim Beam to name two. We tried the fish, bbq and Asian restaurants which were all very nice, worth the 10 euro costs, as it was table service and no pointing at what food you wanted.

The bbq allowed you to choose what meat and fish you wanted cooking and no limit to how many times. The fish and Asian were similar to other hotel where you chose a few courses, but are given a large amount of courses with a selection of different dishes.

I am not sure if it was a time of season or COVID, but rather than all a la carte open each night, on,y one per night was open so you had to plan ahead if you wanted to eat in certain ones in your stay.

Unfortunately the steak restaurant was closed. We did not try any cakes from the patisserie but did have a lovely coffee in the cafe, a proper freshly made one, rather than the machines in the bars and restaurants.

The staff were really good about this and gave us a room key to check out several available rooms to one we preferred. The hotel had them cleaned and back within the same day.

Thank you to Nurbuke. A big thank you goes to Ipek, our chambermaid, who was very happy in her work, always said good morning and made us lovely decorations with our bedding.

She was a credit to the hotel. In fact I must say that all the staff did an excellent job, especially wearing the face masks, working long hours.

The only shame is that you found it hard to recognize staff with their faces always covered. The hotel is very close to shops either side of the entrance and it was nice to check out the local bazaars.

A bus trip to the Saturday market is a must for bargain hunters, costing pennies in comparison to uk travel, and it was good to see everyone on board wearing masks.

The beach was very clean with plenty of sun loungers and more people frequented the beach rather than the pool. The pool was large, but not very warm!

We played fun darts quite a few times, but a bit weird wearing rubber gloves. Overall I would recommend the hotel and is on a par with similar ones along Lara beach and along to Belek, but with the plastic glasses in all bars apart from the lobby, and limited choice of food in main restaurant, although I would return, I would probably check other other hotels first.

This is not definitely not a negative, but just personal preference. So thank you Concorde for a wonderful holiday, with just a few pointers to try and improve with simple changed.

Please empower staff to insist masks are worn when ordering food, or refuse service till they comply!! Date of stay: October Trip type: Travelled as a couple.

Perfectly Relaxing. Stayed end of September for a week. The hotel was spotless. The main restaurant was very clean and upon entry and sitting down, staff straight to you to get you what drinks you want.

Good choice of food in buffet restaurant. Paid extra 20euro one night for BBQ meal. Well worth it especially if you like meat.

Like a feast!!! Paid extra 40 Euro on two separate days for "beach chalets". Some say a bit expensive but try it and judge yourself.

The waiter service in beach chalets is excellent. Room service was excellent and room was cleaned to high standard every day.

The hotel is very clean and the food is very good! When you enter the restaurant you get asked within 1 minute what you want to drink and served very quickly.

The public areas in the hotel were smelling to parfume all day. The people at the reception and restaurant are very kind.
